Usually one of my favorites. Great fish and seafood dishes, cozy atmosphere, good service. My husband and I decided to try happy hour for the first time. We sat at the bar and were served waters. And then, NOTHING! I literally watched people on both sides of us be served, thinking the server would ask us next, and she would disappear. Over. And. Over. Again. After nearly 25 minutes of being ignored despite my making eye contact and raising my index finger, we left. I have never felt so mistreated at a restaurant. I hope it was some kind of misunderstanding but I can't imagine. Not sure I'll ever return which is a shame.

Usually this is a great place. While the server was very nice, they forgot my soup, and when clearing service a knife was dropped in my friends lap! Good thing it was a butter knife! The food was great. Just not full five service. I will go back, because it is a great place usually.

This place is a very nice restaurant. I had the opportunity of being taken there for my Thanksgiving dinner. Now from what I under- stand ,They do buffet style on Thanksgiving & definitely have the works. Unfortunately my taste is very simple, & Bristol has a very elite menu.so my taste didn't go well with ,what I call exotic.  But please don't take me wrong, this is a very good restaurant, you can tell by its clientele & the prices  really won't hurt your pockets.  Try it you'll probably like/LOVE it

Always a joy to go to Bristol's.  The food and service are ALWAYS fantastic.  Happy hour at the bar has great food and drink specials.  Sunday brunch is never a disappointment.  When we need an escape nothing beats a glass of wine at the bar paired with a shrimp cocktail and  a few lobster claws.

I made a reservation for our Anniversary by using the "open table" app on my phone and even made that entry on the comments. Upon our arrival we were seated in the room to the left of the bar and after a few minutes, we requested to be seated in the main part or the restaurant instead of having the listen to the noise of the bar and the speaker above our head listen to music.
We were promptly re-seated but had another server. When our waitress Kimberlee came over it started our nice, but then the pace of her voice sped up to a point where it was very hard to understand her when she explained the menu and the specials. We've been to this establishment numerous times and never had a server speed talk like Kimberlee. The prior servers usually took their time explaining the menu. 

Our dinner was great and the food exactly like we wanted. 

Usually when we've come here for a birthday, anniversary or special occasion, we usually were offered a complimentary dessert and a comment recognizing the special occasion. On other visits, the server usually asks if this is a special occasion as the reason for our visit. Before, the servers usually took time with us and treated us special as a customer. That never happened. I left disappointed.
