We purchased a Sony 65 inch TV from Broadview House of Color in February 2017 and are very pleased with both our salesmen, Bill, and the installers which consisted of Bill and Andy. We have a complex home theater system that was purchased elsewhere several years ago. We were concerned that not all of our recording devices would work because of the deletion of many jacks on the rear of the new TV. Bill and Andy installed the TV and everything works fine. Andy pulled out several cables that the other company installed as they really were not necessary. We thank Bill and Andy for a job well done from sales to installation. Ed and Rosemary

Horrible experience. They had my tv & fixed it then I get home & it breaks again within an hour. I bring it back & they have it for over 2 weeks & everytime I called they said the part wasn't in & after about 2 weeks I call again & now they say it isn't worth fixing. They said they would give credit towards another tv or refund "some" of the money back. Just a horrible experience overall.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! ! ! Very rude service and a I know better then you attitude. Do Not Use This Company or their Service ! Brought a Tv in to be looked at for repair. Instantly was ignored and made to feel I don't know anything about electronics, as I wanted to explain what was going on with my Tv. I myself prior to coming to this place had previously done some electronics repair. I never got a call to be let it known that they had even diagnosed my tv problem and when I questioned them on it, I was told that, "We never call the customer, they can call us." When I finally got a diagnosis and price for a repair, I was told that it would be $1,200.00 which is much as I paid for the Tv 6 years ago. Also, I called LG the company that made the TV and they (NO ONE IN 3 CALLS I MADE TO LG) Had ever heard of or knows this company nor is a authorized dealer or repair shop. Furthermore, They said specifically they would get a new screen (Panel) from LG and on one of my calls to LG found that the screen is discontinued. So, We can assume them getting the screen from LG was a LIE ! Best I could figure out was they would charge me $1.200.00 to purchase a refurbished one from one of those web sites for $500.00 and pocket the rest. Lastly, as I stated before I know some electronics, and signs of seeing if an item was even taken apart or even looked at from years experience working on electronics and cars and lots of nuts and bolts. NOT ONE SINGLE SCREW ON MY TV HAS A SINGLE SIGN OF BEING REMOVED ! ! ! Try yourself, try removing a screw from almost any item and see if you do not see a scuff mark or sign of a screw driver does or does not leave a mark from tampering with it. ESPECIALLY a painted black screw from the back of one of these newer TV's. In final, My Tv's problem turned out to only be a $56.00 part that was properly diagnosed and repaired from a company not trying to retire off of every customer that walks in the door. This company here wanted me to believe it was a $900 screen (Panel) and it is $300 for labor on (Even If IT Was The Panel) is only an hour and a half job ! They just could not justify this $1,200.00 bill for repair. Every answer they tried to give did not add up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! ! ! ! ! ! !

My husband and I purchased a stereo system at this business. Our salesperson, Bill, was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. While there, Bill introduced us to Pandora music using the Sonos system. We have been listening to our new system for about 3 weeks now. It has been absolutely wonderful! Music fills our home most of the time and we now have the capability of listening to our favorite music from many different generations. We would highly recommend a purchase from this establishment. Prices are very competitive, product knowledge and friendly staff are exceptional!! I would definitely return again!!
