All I can say is wow! I had my Focus towed here  without making an appointment, and the staff at Brondes fit me into their schedule. They even gave me a lift back home. They were very honest about what the problem(s) were, and what should be fixed immediately. I will definitely be bringing my Focus in for more work if I ever need any. Thank you guys!

Just picked up my new ride, 2010 Mustang. Every body I talked with and worked with was super nice and professional.
The only down side I encountered three times now, I make an appointment for an oil change and it takes between 60 to 90 minutes to get it done..........WHY

Brondes Ford in Maumee is great! I have been here for a few issues with my Ford Focus and they always do a great job and are very nice. I had a warranty problem with my transmission and weather stripping and brought my car in on a Monday. They had to keep it, so I got a rental and it was all done by Tuesday. I had another issue with my Bluetooth not connecting with my phone a little while ago, and although my car was about 500 miles past the bumper to bumper warranty, someone still took a look at it and gave me a suggestion for something I could try at home to fix it, which worked. I’ve gotten my car detailed here before also and they did a fabulous job! I had lost an earring in my car over a year before I had it detailed – thinking it was long gone – but they must have found it because it was neatly laid in the console between the seats. I really appreciated that! The detailing was super reasonable too. Much less than anywhere else I looked. Will be back for anything else I need done!!

Took my F-150 in for service after moving to the area.  Experienced great customer service!   Mary was super easy to work with in person and over the phone.  She even gave me a hug and wished me a Merry Christmas after I thanked her for her outstanding service.  I will be returning for future service/maintenance on my vehicles.
