Worked with Scott Weiss and Aubrey Panning. Honest and straight-forward. Told them what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. Called back twenty minutes later and we made a deal (better lease deal than anyone around northwest Ohio and Michigan). When I went in to pick up the truck all of the paperwork was done and the car was clean and ready. Just signed it and they gave me the keys.

I bought my truck here in 2013 and have been taking it here for service. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and honest. The waiting area is clean and right off the showroom; it's nice to look at the new cars and trucks. I trust them with my truck.

Overall a very good experience purchasing a new Grand Caravan here! Scott Mahon was an excellent salesman to work with. He met the price i was looking for and was patient when we had hiccups in the financing portion that did get sorted out. He also offered to help us get to know all the features of our new vehicle but we had to decline as we had previously made plans. He instead sent an email guide detailing the vehicles features which was thoughtful. Like i said overall a satisfying visit! I do have 2 small gripes with my purchase(not enough to drop a star but a bit disappointing). First, this is the first vehicle i have purchased that didn't come with a FULL tank of gas and that was a bit disappointing. I probably should of said something there but we were in a hurry to make our plans. Second is entirely on Chrysler as the dealer shouldn't be responsible for it so don't hold it against Charlie's. The vehicle was equipped with a DVD system and it came with just two wireless headphones. To me this is not only disappointing because I have 3 kids and one kid is being left out but also the rear can accommodate five people but it only comes with 2 headphones and i think that's a little odd. Still recommend them though as those are fairly small issues.
