Toledo Auto Care was by far the best experience I've had with any auto mechanic shop. I haven't visited a very big range of shops in my lifetime, but they do things differently than most, in a great way. 

I was greeted by the owner, Gary. who was super friendly and informative of the service I was going to have performed. They offer a range of drinks and even cookies if you choose to wait in the lobby. 

Ken, the service adviser, explained their process and showed me additional recommendations upon a courtesy inspection of my vehicle. 

What I haven't experienced with other shops, is they have a very detailed checklist with pictures of the basic components of your car to actually show you what needs to be done. They don't just say "hey your brake pads are getting worn" They give you a sheet that shows the exact amount left on there, with pictures. 

Brock was my service technician, while I didn't meet him face-to-face he did a wonderful job taking care of my vehicle and a thorough inspection.

They even offer an app to text, call, and schedule appointments. As well as to pull up the detailed checklist of your visit. In the app they also include a reward system for discounts and free oil changes after so many visits. 

I left Toledo Auto Care with great confidence that they take pride in their work and actually care about their customers, because that is how you get a repeat/life long customer. 

I can't recommend them enough, I wouldn't refer any friends or family elsewhere.

As always, your team did an amazing job! They are always so professional and courteous. The waiting area is very clean. Each time I am in, I am impressed that these things are consistent. 

I was in and out within an hour for my oil change and check up. This was very important to me as I needed to get back to work by 9:30am. Everything was checked as expected and they let me know that nothing needed to be replaced or repaired. 

Please know how much I appreciate your family and your business that is clearly an extension of your family.

My grandma recently passed away and I received her car.  For as long as I know, this was the ONLY auto shop she trusted with her car.  And so when the car began to need work, I took it to Toledo Auto Care and discovered why she was so loyal to them.  Their customer service is truthfully the best I have ever received; very friendly and honest.  They even offer rides home! Their lobby is always stocked with free coffee and chocolate chip cookies and great magazines, and is so nice and clean. They did a great job with all the needs of my car and their prices are very fair.  I will stay with them just like my grandma did, as long as I live in Toledo.

I’m from Michigan and I drive to Ohio for school. Car issue came about, they were highly recommended by a friend. And I can see why, I had a wonderful experience. Great individuals, really there to help you with any car issues you may have. They are not just trying to make a dollar. They really care about the people. Hopefully if another issue arise, I’m in Ohio to take it back to them. Wonderful people.

The Staff is so Amazing and very caring people. They was honest and helped in every way they could to make sure I was walking away with my car safe enough for me to drive. And the shuttle service is great the Gentlemen who drove me home was so nice also I forgot my coffee in the Van and he even brought it back to me 😁 I highly recommend this place!!
