IN MY OPINION, I NEVER FEEL GOOD ABOUT GOING HERE.  LAST TIME STUFF WAS FIXED OTHER THAN WHAT I UNDERSTOOD. I LEFT THE CAR FOR A DAY.  I PICKED UP THE CAR AND WONDERED WHY THE ORIGINAL PLAN I WAS TOLD WAS ALTERED. MANAGEMENT TOLD ME TO BRING IT BACK (THIS TIME 2  DAYS) AND IT WOULD BE TAKEN APART, REPAIRED AND NO CHARGE.  INTERESTING!  NO THANKS!

Great service personnel, made an appointment within reasonable time frame. Have the tire warranty & they are good about it. Have two new tires coming in for my car. Only issue I have is I still have a problem in the front end that they haven’t  figured out.

Excellent service received here! They listened to my needs and were honest about repairs needing to be made. The prices are excellent and fair. Highly recommended.

Dropped in for a last min oil change in a Sunday am at 10 am. It was already rocking in the lobby. I was promptly helped and then my car was ready as promised. Lobby/waiting area was very clean and staff was very nice and professional. Would recommend.

Good morning my name is Willie Barfield not Williams , as far as the review goes I have been using Tireman for my car my wife’s since we’ve been in Ohio which is only been five years sometimes you’re so busy I had to go somewhere else and regretted I did not get the service and the quality of workmanship as I expected. I’m impressed by your facility you people that work on the vehicles there. They are knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to . I just hope that will continue the way it is and not overbook clients because remember our time is important to us also
