Barely a step above a Gap. Sad that a great brand such as BB is defined by this pitiful store and staff. And retailers wonder why people buy online. The lack of haberdashery knowledge here is shocking.

The staff there is not helpful at all. The guy and the lady seems rude and impatient abt my asking for measurement. Super disappointed experience.

Disappointing. I bought my 6th grader $1800 worth of clothes for a private school on the east coast on 8/22 and said I need them by 9/8. 5 pairs of pants needed to be hemmed and two blazers. I called on 9/3 to check on the progress of the order. I was told they had shipped on 8/30. I thought well then I will give it a few more days. They never arrived so I called Friday and got the run around, then I called again on Saturday twice to finally get to the bottom of things. Well low and behold the items had never been shipped and now it is the 9/7, first day of school on the 9th and my son has no pants. They shipped them FedEx and we got them Monday afternoon. All of the pants had been hemmed too short by about two inches. There is no way the kid grew that fast in 2 weeks. Perhaps if he was on track to be 6'5" I would believe it but this kid is just hoping to be 5'8"!!! A very disappointing experience indeed.
