Was in the market for a Rolex. Thor was extremely professional and showed the same passion I had for watches. Went back and forth a couple of times since I was debating between several models. Thor was extremely knowledgeable and gave me unique perspective on each piece. Ultimately picked up a Rolex Hulk with Thor. Look for Thor and he’ll give you great service.

My husband bought me a beautiful ring for our anniversary seven years ago. It has cracked three times, the diamond chain has broken off twice (it is a unique design) and a diamond has fallen out of it's prong. It was sold to me as a ring I could wear every day. I do not do hard labor and am not hard on this ring. The ring has a poor structural design. Shreve fixed it once, sent it back to Roberto Coin to have it replaced it once, and after this repair on the third time the band has cracked it will not stand behind it. It has broken four times in seven years!!!! Shreve will not stand behind this ring. The manager was belligerent on the phone when I called this last time to tell her the ring is cracked again and I'd like to return it and instead pick out a ring that is more reliable. I contacted the SF store to get a contact to work with instead and they haven't even returned my emails. If this was a cheap piece of jewelry I'd understand but this ring was the cost of a nice used car and was broken before a car would break (the first break was when it was only two years old and broke again and again). I do not recommend Shreve for any significant jewelry purchase or repairs.

Thor gave me great, honest advice. Even though they didn't have the watch I had in mind available, he didn't try to steer me towards a different model they did have in stock. I got the impression that the store values long-term customer relationships over making a quick sale.
