I appreciate the reliable quality and consistent sizing in Brooks Brothers. The styling is timeless and I know I can easily walk in the store and purchase something for my husband or myself without worrying if I have purchased the correct size. I also know if there is a particular style blouse I can find it in more patterns then next season.

I am very impressed by the quality of Brooks Brothers clothing and typically their stores are known for impeccable customer service.  I have to say that our experience here was very different.  We tried to exchange a shirt that was ordered online.  We accidentally ordered a dress shirt with a spread collar instead of a traditional collar.  The customer service representative we spoke to first scolded us for purchasing online instead of the store.  He then proceeded to lecture us about collar styles for 10 minutes (of which their are only 3).  He would agree only to exchange the shirt for one of lesser quality.  In the future we will avoid shopping in this store all together and either shop online or choose a different brand.
