I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes which were defective. The box had 1 shoe in the correct size and the other shoe in a different size. The written return procedure says that F21 will refund shipping as long as the shipping receipt is included with the merchandise receipt. I tracked and returned everything that was requested of me. The package was delivered on 4/2/16. I called over 5 times because I never got the refund. Finally a manager (Joan) helped me get the merchandise refund (45 days later) but the amount did NOT include the shipping. I have since emailed F21 (Joan) 3 times with NO response. Beware if you order anything online. You will get pushed around to wait 24-48 hours time and time again. I am STILL waiting on the postage refund 2 months later....I had to put one star but I wouldn't even do that. VERY disappointed.

i love this store everything i got is from there when i go school shopping holiday shopping i come here i always get gift cards from here if i get extra money i come her i love the clothes lady's are nice and pretty keep it up

i love to go there to look at all the stuff but i know that the customer service is very weak they just look at you no hi how are you, can i help you, thank you for shopping in our store oh well you can't ask for everything

The staff is EXTREMELY helpful! We had some issues finding a larger size shirt (pro tip, they only have smaller size clothes that are sized smaller than normal), but we asked for help and literally FIVE employees scouted the store on the search of a lifetime. 

Item found. Thank you team for all of the help!

Was super happy with all the clothes in the store and was so excited that I got a 50$ gift card from a family member that I was planning on using it all that day, I had 5 things picked out and got in line at 4 pm, by the time I got to the front of the line at 5:15, they had signs up that they weren't taking gift cards and had to manually use credit cards. I'm not mad at them for their system being down, but I wish there was another sign so I could've known before I wasted an hour of my life.
