Johns has done a ton of work for us from fixing leaky faucets, plumbing in a laundry room and repairing our root filled pipes that clogged our septic. 

They have always been so helpful and professional, making sure we are getting the best service for a great cost. 

They will forever be our plumbing go to!

I REALLY wanted to be able to leave a 5 star review because the woman who answers the phone, Kim, is always pleasant and the guy who came out to the house to see about installing a whole-house water filtration system, Aaron, was great but I had to call several times to get the written estimate. To this day, and I called again last week, I still have no estimate. I have never had to beg a business to let me hire them for a job, and I'm sure not gonna start now. However, I am thoroughly disappointed because they have fabulous reviews and I was looking forward to working with them. Thank goodness there are plenty of other plumbing companies to call on!!

This company may waste your time. After filling out their online quote request form I received an auto-generated email saying my message had been received and they'd get back to me as soon as possible. It's been over a month and I long ago called someone else. I don't expect to hear back at all.

Brian came out and diagnosed our plumbing issue easily.  Very friendly and informative.  I would not hesitate to hire this company again.  Super happy with the service.
