Brown & Co. did a wonderful job helping me to design a custom wedding ring for my wife. They listened to all of my requirements and helped me not only design a ring I (and she) loved, but one that stayed within my budget requirements. 

They follow up regularly to see how we are doing, and we take our jewelry there to have it cleaned as well. It's a great environment, very friendly and welcoming and not at all high-pressure. 

I enjoyed my first experience so much that I ended up buying another ring there for her birthday this year, and she purchased a watch for me there as well. Great business.

I had a fabulous experience with custom jewelry at Brown & Co.! I brought in a loose stone and some ideas and ended up with an exquisite piece of jewelry. Claudia is an exceptionally talented designer- she instinctively  understood what I had in mind and gave me three excellent options - very artistic yet still extremely tasteful options. Lana also provided helpful suggestions on details when I was unsure of which direction to go in. I ended up with a stunning piece that everyone oohs and ahs over- no exaggeration. Even men have asked me where I got it - with their wives in mind. The workmanship was perfection and the service was extremely personal, professional, timely and fun. I would HIGHLY recommend Brown & Co. for custom and I would go to them again for another custom piece in a heartbeat.

Through and through Brown & Co provides incredible service! They go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect, on time, and exactly the way you want it. I had an amazing experience and would recommend them to anyone who asks. Best place to go in Metro Atlanta hands down.

The staff at Brown & Co. have been extremely courteous, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with each time I have been there.  V. Robb McElwee was supremely helpful on my most recent visit, and I hope to return and do more business with Brown & Co. in the future.

Brown & Company Jewelers is a first class operation.  Rob McElwee is an excellent salesman.   His knowledge and experience in the industry is second to none.   I highly recommend Rob for any special jewelry needs.
