We are a family owned company of second generation jewelers who have taken diamond jewelry to the next level. Our specialties include Gold, Diamonds, Gold & Diamond Items, Custom Jewelry, and Pre-Owned Rolex watches. Despite our large dealings in hip-hop jewelry, we highly concentrate on engagement rings, bridal sets, and buying jewelry from the public. We have specialists in each category of our store who have the expertise to help you with anything related to jewelry.

Wow I walked into icebox unaware what to expect. I was told I could sell my Rolex there and I went in and Juliana was the person to help me. She was able to walk me through everything that I needed. Not only do I feel I got a great deal for my watch, but she was able to give me more towards a purchase that I made the same day for a new watch. Her customer service was exceptional. I will definitely say this is the best jewelry store in the US! I'll be a customer for life. Thanks so much!

I recently purchased a Diamond pendant from Icebox.  My experience with Icebox was amazing!!! Scott walked me through everything.  His customer service skills are beyond anything I've ever experienced! AMAZING!! I've never felt more comfortable and not pressured.  He was extremely knowledgeable about everything I asked and was looking for. Scott made my experience at Icebox absolutely unforgettable and I will definitely be returning. Very happy customer here!

I went here to get a battery changed and possibly look at getting some gold cleaned. I have to save the experience was absolutely world class. Rosalind  was an absolute pleasure to work with. I am just an average person but she made me feel like I was a millionaire. I couldn't be more impressed with their detail, service, and desire to go out of the way. Rosalind got my battery changed, gold looking brand new, all in minutes! Anytime I need anything jewelry related I'm spending my money at Icebox Jewelry!

Great Experience!!! Ms. Rosalind Clark made my experience far beyond what I  expected. She answered all of my detailed questions swiftly and with confidence that I would be satisfied with the final results! Other places were more expensive and the turnaround time was two days longer. My experience at Icebox was phenomenal. My personal jeweler Charmaine helped me choose the right watch that fit me. She asked discovery questions to really seek understanding on which watch best suited me. I'm definitely going back. 5 star experience across the board. Excellent staff they are courteous and attentive.
