Pretty much if your not white or someone that appears to be well off u are going to receive poor customer service. I've found this to be the case with high-end stores. U can't judge a book by it's cover and unfortunately people are judged by appearance and race. This is a BIG reason why I am a online shopper, less hassle and confrontation it's pretty bad when u feel like u can't walk in a store to spend your money freely the way u want to spend it without harassment! Viewing jewelry online versus in person are 2 different things as u know sometimes u need to see an item in person. Just because someone is window shopping or requesting to see an item behind the counter does not mean they want and or going to steal it. I love Tiffany jewelry and have several pieces but will only purchase online.

Well trained sales but bad customer service just like the one on 5th Ave. in Manhattan. Nevertheless, there are many friendly staff in the store I met. I would prefer the customer service from Cartier or BVLGARI. However, the only reason sometimes I chose Tiffany is the jewelry's design per se. I suppose they deserve a 3-star review in the industry. But, a lady recently served my party in the store make me feel the 1-star review belongs to her.
