Initially lost my shirts. Took a week longer than expected to get them back. Did not call me with information and they would not answer their phone. I had to return to the store to ask if they had been found.

Just moved into town, and found Browns to be very convenient with super nice people who work there.  They were very good at cleaning my shirt collars (they always have ring around the collar)!  Would recommend them

I took a brand new skirt there because it was pleated and I didn't want to mess the pleats up. Instead of washing the skirt myself I paid Browns to ruin the pleats for me. The other items were fine, but I would not go back there again.

By far the worse experience I have ever had with a dry cleaner.  We took a brand new tuxedo shirt for pressing only and they stained it, IN FRONT and my son can not wear it for the prom tomorrow.  They don't care.  Taking no responsibility for it.  To be avoided at all cost.  These guys should go out of business.....
