I've been using Rudy's for years, and I have never had a reason to complain. about once every month I drop off maybe 15 shirts of all colors and styles, and 5 pairs of pants, mostly black. I ask for Medium starch. A few days later I pick it all up and everything's fine. 

They also have a minor mending service, sewing on buttons, fixing torn belt loops, resewing seams, and the like. Again, no problems.

I know they're cheap, but not why I went there, it was convenience. Go they extra block or two to Browns, they take care of your clothes and if there is a problem, they'll stand behind their work.  They actually had to fix Rudy's work, when they wouldn't/couldn't clean my pants.

Hard to believe they are still in business, broken buttons, horrendous ironing. You basically have to re-iron everything you get. Seems like there's a big business opportunity in Charlottesville if someone could provide quick, quality dry cleaning.
