Great experience here! Morgan had a wonderful attitude and was incredibly quick to respond to questions I had. She was the perfect blend of low pressure, high customer service, and solid knowledge. It’s clear she has a passion for cars and a desire to be good at her job. Nancy was wonderful as well. She was incredibly efficient and personable in her role and reacted to an error I made with tremendous poise and grace, despite it being late. I absolutely recommend these folks.

I purchased a car from Clarence in the used sales department. He was efficient, thorough, and quick. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. My grandmother has brought two vehicles from here. The first one lasted a lifetime, the second she is still driving. They have great cars! And on top of that Mr. Clarence's customer service was phenomenal. He answered my questions and gave me additional information that I did not seek out. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I have to say this. The new car sales department has no interest in making sales. Each salesman is poorly trained, and they have no power to negotiate deals. I also suspect they are racist. I came to Honda City eager to buy with my bank financing already in place. The salesmen refused to negotiate price and instead told me I'd have to come up with an additional 3k or so. This was absurd. I went to O'Donnell Honda after that and was driving a new Honda home within two hours with no money down. O'Donnell even offered me a FAR better interest rate with Honda credit than I had with Bank of America. That's what has me puzzled about Browns. I actually spoke to the finance manager and she looked at my approval letter and at no point offered to beat the rate. Hopefully Brown's service department is still as good as it was years ago. Also the used car division for Browns is top notch. I was in the market for a new car however and the Browns new car staff need to all be reprimanded. You don't blow off customers like that...

MINUS 5 stars. Labor costs were outrageous for the work done.   ($580 labor for under $300 of work?  That probably took an hour to complete. Worth it?  You decide.  I've heard from others with similar experiences.
Will NOT be returning to Brown's Honda. EVER.  Good luck if you do!

I called in the morning and I was able to get service done the same day. I dropped off my vehicle and the shuttle took me back home. I was picked up and the valet brought my car around. I had a a great experience with all of the staff. I wanted give 5 stars but I requested an oil change along with replacement of the recalled airbags. I didn't get the oil change but the cashier was very apologetic. Otherwise, great experience all around!
