I have to edit this review because I came upon major issues with this place after I left with my new car. So I was told first I had a 6% interest rate, awesome!! I was happy! Then I go for a test drive, car drove great. I walk around the car looking at it and I notice 2 small dents in the door. They didn't want to fix it nor did they want to take anything off of the price for it. Wow, really?? Then when I go to sign papers it says 18% interest rate!! $418 monthly payments!!! What?!?! First of all, I SPECIFICALLY SAID I can not afford anything over $300 a month!! They said my payments wouldn't be over that at all. So you wait til you get me in a room by myself and keep saying "you can afford it! Yes you can!!" I kept saying no I really can't. This is too much. I told Elaine what I could afford. She didn't listen nor respect what my expectations were. So I sign the papers anyway being an idiot! I trade my car in which they put down as a $1500 trade in. I have the car one week. They call me and say I have to bring the car back!! That the bank didn't approve me. Are you kidding?? You had me SIGN A CONTRACT AND LET ME TAKE CAR HOME!! Then you want me to bring it back?? Wow!! So I come back in there and plead with them (which I shouldn't have had to do!! They are lucky I didn't get a lawyer involved!!) They say I need to give the car back and get another one that's older and one I didn't like at all! I just didn't love it. They said for me to keep the car I had, I needed to give them another $1000 PLUS my interest rate would go up to 24%!!! I knew this situation was just getting worse and worse. I didn't know what to do. Oh let me add, the car didn't come with a key fob. I had to go pay over $100 to have it made. Then I brought the receipt over to car center to get reimbursed because they said they would pay for it if I had one made, Nope!!! No reimbursement!! They are CROOKS!!! My advice...DON'T EVER GO THERE AND IF YOU DO, DON'T GO ALONE!! IF YOU ARE A WOMAN, TAKE A MAN OR SOMEONE WHO IS A GOOD NEGOTIATOR. DON'T LET THESE PPL GET OVER ON YOU!! That was the biggest mistake I made was letting them tell me what I could afford and what I should do!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!! Oh and I was told for each person I referred I would get a $50 gas card! NOPE!! I referred 2 people and I didn't get a thing, and yes my family members told Elaine I referred them. I asked her about the gas card and she had a lame excuse.

Walked in with a price and vehicle in mind, walked out with a even lower price then expected and the vehicle i wanted and needed. Stop in and mention my name, tell them i sent you. No BS deals here, straight forward  and fast service. Great vehicle selection and all vehicles come with a 1 owner garrentee. If you are in need of a car check here first.

My experience with Car Center in Glen Burnie was amazing. They have a great variety of cars to choose from. Wayne Murphy was my salesperson and he was absolutely wonderful. I gave him ideas of what type of car I was looking for and he helped me find the perfect  car to fit my everyday needs. As a first time car buyer, I was nervous, Wayne made sure to answer all my questions and made the car buying process easy and smooth. I would recommend Car Center to family and friends.

Coming to car center was the best choice I have ever made! I went in with the thought that i wouldnt be able to get a car, my salesmen Dale Robeson Insured me that he would do everything he could to get me driving out the lot TODAY, and he did! today i left with my new 2016 vehicle THE CAR CENTER IS A GREAT PLACE TO GO IF YOU LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE AND DALE WAS DEFINITELY A WONDERFUL DEALER TO WORK WITH!!!!

I had Bill Dolch as a car salesman and he was very helpful and understanding. He gave me an excellent price for my first car that was affordable for me. I would recommend him as your next car salesman.
