I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and 27 point inspection for 3:30pm I arrived and was greeted by an associate. My car was taken pretty quickly but the wait time for the work to be done was excessive. I arrived slightly before 3:30 and didn't leave until slightly after 5pm. When i inquired about how much longer i had to wait, i was informed it was being washed and it should be out momentarily. Waited for another 15 minutes before my vehicle arrived to my surprise unwashed. I was told by the serviceman to just come back anytime at my convenience to have it washed, come in and tell service crew "pitstop". I know the average time to have this work performed and i should not have had to wait for 1 1/2 hours having an appointment and arriving on time. I would have gave less stars, but the associate i was communicating with was at least sociable.

Great dealership. Courteous and professional staff. It took a while to figure out the issue with my car, but the technician kept working until the issue was identified. Gave me a loaner car that was the same as the vehicle I drive with no questions asked. Will definitely use this dealership in the future.

I recently purchased my Cadillac CTS4 Coupe and was looking for a good dealership to take care of my regular maintenance and such. Hoping to create a good rapport moving forward for the time I own this car. I had called prior to make an appointment, however not surprised that no one had picked up considering it was already 3:00pm and pretty sure they were booked for the next few days. So that prompted me to go online myself to read some reviews. I notice that I could book my appointement online and seen that the rest of their day was available so I just took the short drive over and I couldn't believe it, they took me right away. 45 minutes later my service was completed. I think the only thing that did upset me was that because they made the comment looks like rain may be coming we will not be washing your vehicle. I understand why you wouldn't if it was to rain, but I feel you should still make good on what your full service package includes, rain or shine. Give a voucher or "rain check" to have your car wash. I think this could certainly go a long way for you all as a business. I look forward to seeing how well this relationship will go and will keep you posted if my rating shall change. Absolutely the best service ever! Sandy was not only professional but he also went out of his way to hook up my Onstar. They put me in a rental and had my car back to me in less than 24 hours. Whatever customer service training tool they are using to train their employees is awesome. You have a customer for life! Thank you to everyone at Wilkins Buick/GMC.

I had a pleasant experience at the Wilkins Buick today. They gladly fit my Cadillac in for an oil change although I did not have an appointment and gladly informed me of other service recommendations/advice for my vehicle. I will definitely bring my car here again. great service! 🙂
