Brenda Porter is phenomenal. I have purchased 2 vehicles from her and I will be going to back to her if I ever need another vehicle. She got me out of a tight bind and was able to put me in an amazing car. The process was so smooth and she explained every step of the way. There was no confusion with the purchase of this vehicle. Mandy (finance) was fantastic, she explained everything I was getting and what everything meant and was flexible when it came to financing with Ford. Eric (manager) was super friendly and extremely helpful as well. I would defiantly come back to Bob Bell Ford for future purchases and recommend them to anyone. Buying a vehicle has never been this easy and stress-free.

We bought a used car from Bob Bell and had a fairly good experience. We compared online before coming in to the showroom. My only caveat is that the online prices can seem too good to be true and that's because they apply every single possible discount to the displayed price, and we didn't qualify for any of it. So that was disappointing and should have been explained better on their website. We worked with Cedric who was polite, kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff did seem to push us along a bit, not that it mattered as much, as this was my first time buying a car so I didn't like the feeling of being rushed into signing things without fulling understanding the documents.

I dropped my car off early one morning for a recall repair for my Ford Fusion Hybrid. I explained to the service staff before dropping the car off that I need the car back before the end of the day because I work in the area, but do not live there. They had a driver drop me off at work in the morning. I followed up around 3 p.m., and the car was ready. They had a driver come pick me up from work to get my car. All staff, service, the driver and cashier were professional and courteous. I am very pleased with this experience.

THE WORST!!! Horrible service and incompetent employees from top to bottom. I made an appointment a week in advance for an oil change and four recalls on my 2013 Ford Fusion. I was told by two different employees that they would need my car the entire day and it will be ready by the end of the day. I dropped my car off the night before so they could get to it first thing in the morning. I never heard back from them the next day so I called and asked for an update. I was told they were just about to call me and let me know that they need it one more day. Same thing the next day. I never hear back from them so I call again and this time they tell me they don't have the parts and they need to order them. I was told this should take 2 weeks!!! My response was if I made an appointment a week in advance and you already know that there were four recalls on my car why didn't you make sure you had the parts??? I told the guy I wanted to talk to the manager but he was nowhere to be found so I got a ride up there to talk to him. After waiting 15 min the manager finally came out. He didn't have any answers. All he could say was they don't have the parts. I told him it was unacceptable and if I make an appointment and I'm told it's only going to take one day then they should be prepared for that and back their word. The level of incompetency blows my mind. It was a huge inconvenience to be without my car for 2 weeks. They gave me a rental and acted like they were doing me a favor. They're obligated to give you a rental if they keep your car overnight. Especially if they hold your car for 2 weeks. The kicker is when I go to pick it up after 2 weeks. As I get to my car I notice that there is damage to my bumper. Whoever was moving my car around the lot backed into a car and left two holes in my bumper from the screws holding on the license plate. I go back inside and bring one of the employees outside to look at it. He takes a picture and tells me to come back tomorrow so the manager can look at it. Well, people work and can't just take off work tomorrow to come back to Bob Bell so the incompetent manager can look at the damage one of his employees did to my car. I call up there the next day and they tell me the manager needs to see it. They tell me to bring it in after work the next day so the manager can look at it. So I did and the manager wasn't even there!!! Who is in charge of this circus??? I end up showing someone else and he says he'll talk to the manager and get his decision. I don't know what needed to be decided. There was damage to my bumper so fix it. They finally set me up for an appointment the next week. Once again I had to take time out of my day so I could drop it off early in the morning and get a rental. I have experienced nothing but an inconvenience at Bob Bell and nobody seems to care. Two weeks later my check oil light comes on. I call up there and left a message asking if they even changed my oil the whole 2 weeks they had my car and of course no one called me back. That place is a joke. I'm never buying another car from them again. The service is just awful. I don't recommend anyone purchasing a car from Bob Bell or getting your car serviced there.

We brought our brand new working been to this location for a minor repair. We made an appointment in hopes of quick quality service. After dropping off the van, we never heard back with the status update. So we called and were told the vehicle would be ready in the morning and that they would call us. The following day no service update provided. We showed up to the service department and they had not even ordered the part. They had to keep our service van another three days. We requested our van as customers were waiting for our service. We were told to sit down and wait an unknown amount of time for our van. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! UPDATE: About three weeks ago a supervisor by the name of Jessica called to try and rectify my situation with them. Kudos to Jessica for her customer service skills. But we haven't had a chance to return. If and when we do, we do hope to be serviced with the utmost respect and care.
