Just bought a pair Tennis Shoes at this little strip mall off 66th & O st. I tried on the shoes in the store walked around I liked them so I bought them.
I walked out the door with them on & walked up the stairs next to the front door, the shoes hurt the top of my foot kinda like a needle. Waited about 10 minutes to see if the pain would go away, but it didn't.
So went back in to see if I could exchange them for a pair that didn't hurt the top of my foot.
They said no because I wore them outside, I haven't even walked more than 25-30 steps out side on the sidewalk. So I guess I own a pair shoe I'll never ware,
$160.00 waist of money. They have the worst shoe
Exchange policy in Lincoln.
Worst part they didn't even care, but would they.

I had the best customer service at Browns!  I went there in search of a good pair of shoes to support my feet in a career where I am constantly on them. I had no idea what I wanted or needed. The sales rep was very patient and educated.  When I was hesitant about cost he helped me look through clearance.  I left unable to make a decision when I went back a couple hours later ready to buy he continued his outstanding service. I couldn't be happier.  Thank you

I've purchased seven or eight pair of shoes from Brown's and always have an excellent experience. ALL of their staff is extremely knowledgeable and able to give very specific and tailored recommendations.
