Decent store with decent selection but I don't know if it's a better experience than buying online.

I purchased a pair of shoes for dance and finish line was the only place to carry them. It was unfortunate though because they did not have them in store to try on and had a "women's version" available but the sizing was completely off as well as the price was higher. So we ordered through the store. The shoes came and we got them in the same size as we normally would in the brand but it was too small and ended up going 1 full size up. Again they did not carry them in store. So we ordered again, but when I got my email confirmation, there was a price drop. I contacted the store and customer service line and they said it should be returned to my card... Fast forward to another 10 days and there is no return. I called the customer line and they said no price adjustments after 10 days. (It was 11 days between buying the shoes and exchanging them) and I called the Lincoln NE store and spoke with manager Nathan (who at this point wasn't really helpful since the beginning. Told us that the shoes run big and they ended up running small). I asked him what could be done and he said they go off the original price. I asked why we weren't alerted of the price drop. He responded "we have over 1000s of shoes and I don't follow the prices that closely". I told him he ordered it for us both times we came in. He was very unhelpful. The first experience ordering these shoes wasn't a walk in the park either. He tried to sell the women's pair knowing we wanted the men's and there was over a 60 price difference. Stay away from Finish Line if you can. Buy directly from the brands. I would've except the dance studio wanted this shoe and no where else had it

Barrett saved the day for us, I was shopping with my 12 year old daughter and she was getting discouraged, we were almost going to call it a day and leave, when Barrett came over to help us by grabbing some shoes for her to try on that she didn't choose, just some great style options, and she loved them so much we happily bought them, all thanks to Barrett! I highly recommend shopping at this store, and go see Barrett, he didn't try to push us into the most expensive shoe thay had, he just offered helpful advice!

I was told by my doctor that i need a shoe that would help some one with plantar fasciitis, and i had no clue where to even start with this. Both gentleman that were working in the store today were beyond helpful, and got me in the right shoes. Thanks guys, you were so much help!!

Amazing staff! (Very long review, sorry haha.) I came in looking for a pair of shoes for my boyfriend's birthday. A while back, he found some Reeboks that he loved, so I came in to buy them. I found the shoes that my boyfriend had been obsessing over and asked a guy named Austin for a size 13. He informed me that they did not have the size I needed, but would check close by stores ... And of course, no luck. He looked online which turned out to be a dead end as well. He began to call other stores, but ran into some not so friendly people on the other end ... He did not give up though! He found the shoes that my boyfriend was in love with...but he ordered them on a Monday and my boyfriends birthday was on a Thursday, but he said there was a chance they'd be here in time and just to call back. I called back everyday and they came JUST IN TIME and my boyfriend refuses to take them off because he loves them so much. In our many conversations, Austin and I got to talking a lot and he told me that he was a Manager in training and I don't think anyone else is more deserving of the position. He was beyond helpful and didn't mind my constant phone calls. Thanks so much, Austin!
