The atmosphere while I was shopping in here was unfriendly and even unwelcoming. It also didn't help that the staff were also equally unfriendly and unwelcoming, with the black cashier lady not even smiling, saying hello, thanking me or telling me to have a nice day...nothing. The other employees were just walking around literally doing nothing and not helping the customers, giving me the impression they didn't care about their jobs. I walked out feeling practically disrespected. Oh and the shoe selection was so-so. Nothing to stop in here for anyways. Just go somewhere else.

Place was trashy. Good prices but nobody to help us because half the staff looked stoned out of their gourds or flirting or playing on their phones. Thanks for the laughs

Below is my original review where I gave them 1 star. I am revising it to be 3 stars. I sent an email saying what I said below to Corporate. Corporate had a teaching moment with the store staff. I did end up getting my money back. I talked to the District Supervisor who emphasized that Customer service was important. I would return there now to give them another chance. Prior review: We bought a pair of boots here 3 weeks ago. They have a hole worn thru the sole, and the heels are really worn. We took them back to store, complaining that they had worn out way too fast. The clerk said we could return them if we had a receipt, but we did not have one. I had not kept it since we had assumed the shoes would last. She said she could not return them because they looked too worn for being 3 weeks old, which was my complaint. I wasn't going to be picky - I told her I would take an exchange, or gift card. They were unwilling to take them back. In today's age, even Walmart will take things back without a receipt. The manager basically called me a liar saying they looked too worn for having purchased them 3 weeks ago. They had the same style on the shelves, and she said they were just getting them in. They have lost me as a customer. The clerk was very helpful, but the manager was not. Their product is very poor, and they are not helpful on returns. Most stores want customers these days. This one does not.

Holy cow this place was an epic failure for customer service. Mulitple people standing around doing nothing and the store was dirty and gross.

I purchased a pair of white shoes today that had small dirt stains on the shoes, probably from people trying them on. I brought it to the attention of the assistant manager Rich. He stated to me that he could give me 10% off as is, no return. I asked a simple question ""why is that?" Rich stated to me " I don't have to give you anything." He was very rude and unprofessional. But the icing on the cake is when my kids seen Rich and his co worker pointing and laughing as we walk away. I can not believe this is how they treat people. It bothered me so bad, so when i got home I called back to the store to talk to the manager and Rich answered the phone. He answered stated his name was Rich, so i ask for the store manager. In his words, he tell me the manager name is Rich. I then stated isn't that your name, he states yes I'm the assistant manager. What kind of games are they playing. Is this what Corporate expect from there management team and employees. To treat customers in a rude and unprofessional manner. I will truly find out when i talk to them about this situation. I will never shop there again!
