Awesome customer service. I have found my new store for work boots. UPDATE After 18 months and 6 pair of laces my boots are still comfortable and holding up strong. I wear them every day.

Purchased work boots on sale. Tried to return boots due to damaged steel toe. Wasn't my fault, the steel came out inside the boot. Tried to return and was met with a nasty attitude by several "customer service" sales reps. Don't recommend this place, try boot barn instead.

Came into town to visit family and to attend my niece's dance. Was told that Brown's had a great selection therefore I went in to look for a nice pair of shoes for my niece. Upon entering I was quickly greeted my a lady with long dark hair. I told her I was looking for a pair of shoes. She showed us a few selection and then walked away. She never came back to check on us. After waiting for awhile I became discourage and left. I was disappointed that she didn't bother to come back and forgot about us.

Went in wanting to find good comfortable shoes, The woman salesperson could have cared less. Asked if I didn't find something on the sales racks and neither suggested anything other than a pair off the sales rack. She never offered to measure my feet.Strange! Its a nice looking store with expensive brands but has a weird atmosphere and I presume a prejudiced attitude! I had a badge on that showed I worked at the Northern Navajo Medical Center. I will spend my money elsewhere! Try the Shoe Shoppe further down on Main-great store with better brands and actual attention to your foot type.
