Nice place for buying beautiful jewelry. It's small inside and can get quite crowded at times, but the employees are pleasant and get to you as soon as they can. I love my jewelry purchased frrom here.

i have made many purchses in rock hill stores. But never again!! Melanie was very rude to me because i ask another store how there warrenty worked. Melanie said the girl in charlotte traced my number on caller id. and so( that's no ones business) but they made it there's. She became very rude to me and gave me my deposit back on my item. Drilled me like a child for asking a question to another store. but thought it was a trace my cell number... Bad Business !!! will never do business with Browmlee again. ugle ways to be a business for so many years.

Today is my wedding anniversary and I took my wife's rings in to be cleaned. Unfortunately during the cleaning two diamonds were lost from one of her rings. Melanie, Candice and Sandy immediately apologized and advised that they would send the ring for repair and cover all repair expenses. I have to say these three ladies provided exemplary customer service. If there were more people like Melanie, Candice and Sandy that genuinely cared for people this world would be a much better place. I HIGHLY recommend you use Brownlee Jewelers for all your jewelry needs.

The only place I will buy jewelry. I purchased my wife's engagement ring many years ago. When she went in to get it sized they knew who she was because of the ring, and remembered me. Every time i go in they remember me even if I only go in 1 or 2 times a year! I love these guys and will not go anywhere else!
