Have to give these guys credit for persistence.  Erich called me several times and left messages. My thinking was, I already have insurance that I am happy with, so I never returned his calls. Finally he caught me one day while I was on break from work and I agreed to visit with him. Best move I could have made. Firstly, everyone there is super nice and professional. Erich showed me they could beat the price of my current insurance if only by a few  $. Then he showed me and explained how insufficient my current coverage was. We doubled my coverage for only about  $10 more a month. 
The entire time I not once felt pressured. Again, I can't say enough about how polite and friendly everyone in the office is

I can't express how happy I am with this agent. 
Back story. I was with a different state farm agent and they treated me like crud. They treated me like I was a problem for calling and asking questions or clarifying things I didn't understand. One time this guy you could tell he was eating over the phone too but he answered a phone call from his wife to which he admitted to and put me on hold for that. Now I get you might have family issues but the second he got back on the phone with me he was saying oh my wife just calling to check on how my day is. Uhm okay I'm not waiting on hold for five minute for you to talk to your wife that could wait until you answer my two minute question. I also switched bikes and he couldn't even tell me how much my insurance would be on the new one he was like idk and it was well over a week I switched my bikes so he had all the info. I feel like I was more of being pulled around and being disrespected. But the second I changed to this office man it's such a huge relief. It's like winning the lottery. One the questions I had they answered them right away and if they didn't know they called me by the end of the day. They are so education and actually know what they're doing with their jobs! Like I said it's a huge relief and by golly it's almost like winning the lottery on how easy and smooth it has gone with this agent. I know that between state farm they don't like switching agents unless you moved or something but I'm so thankful they switched me to Bruce kittermans office where I have been nothing but respected with them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this agent. And a shout out to Sara who was so so so sweet to me and I couldn't have asked for a better person to pick up the phone. I have nothing but kind, generous words for this agent. So again if Bruce kittermans office is reading this thank you so much for going through all the trouble of making sure I was switched and stayed with you guys. I LOVE having and working together with people who are actually EDUCATED in their job! FIVE STARS FOR THIS JOINT.
