I used farmers insurance for many years .until they took unauthorized money out of my checking account multiple times then would only credit that money to me on future insurance payments and would not pay me the overdraft fees I accumulated because of there taking that money out of my account. I guess that's what happens when you give them authorization to take your insurance payments directly out of checking account sido not think I would use farmers insurance again.

Brian Blair is one of the best insurance agents in Rapid City. I switched over to Farmers with Brian and I couldn't be happier! Brian filled the gap's that my old insurance had and got me more coverage for less. I would recommend Brian to my family and friends he is top notch!

A real professional. We needed insurance over a weekend and Brian was there for us. I can't say enough good things about him and his customer service. Give him a try!

Brian needs to be your insurance agent! He not only made it so we were properly covered but also when we had a claim all I had to do was call him.  No 1800 numbers, no talking to people who don't know me or my situation, just a good ole fashioned South Dakotan.
