Be VERY careful before you contract with these folks.  92 year old mother wants to cash in her policy.  She is in a nursing home. Asked me to help.  Even though I have POA and am her son, they will not discuss the policy with me.  They got the money.  Looks like they plan to keep it.

They might have the best customer service I've ever experienced and they always take my payment the same day every month, and the prices are unbeatable for the quality of coverage

All I asked for is a letter for my 87 father stating in a letter what his death benefits were by letter. Send it to my father's  address. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. I have to got to the nursing home and have my father essentially grunt on the phone for them to send me the letter to send to Medicaid. Ridiculous

I was with my mom when she paid $6,000 to pre-pay her funeral expenses. When she died they wouldn't pay anything without the policy number, which I couldn't find. Even tho I had the date she bought it, her social security number and power of attorney. They should get minus five stars!!!
