FAKE Reviews!!!! It is funny that all of the positive reviews just came in last week and are ALL employees. Must be a pretty pathetic agency if they can't get one true positive review.

Very poor customer service. Last year I tried to get a quote on auto insurance, the owners son was supposed to get me a quote, but never got back to me. Decided to try again this year for home and auto, the young lady we spoke to was very nice and was going to get back to me on the Mon after we were there on Sat., a week and a couple days later no response. I called and got her voice mail, she did call when I wasn't home and I called and left her my cell #. No response. Don was very helpful a few years ago when we moved here.
