Terrible service and no class.  Went in to use the restroom and purchased a soda since they require a purchase for "access" to the restroom.  Had to have an employee let me in like I was a third grader incapable of unlocking a door.  The bathroom wreaked of urine.  In the stall there was no shelf or rail to set my soda on and no hook to hang my jacket.  When I tried to inform the manager she told me that the cleanliness and maintenance of the restrooms were the responsibility of the building owner.  They have no problem charging people to use the restrooms but take zero accountability for its condition.  This location either need new management or needs to be shut down for its lack of professional behavior.   The manager in question was Jess or Jesse I believe.   She was so rude and inconsiderate that I hope they fire her

I have never stood in line and felt so much like an inconvenience for ordering.  There was clearly a big order of bagel being put together; understandable,  especially if you're not gonna be kind enough to give the store that big of an order the NIGHT BEFORE so they don't run out of almost EVERY bagel they had.  However,  it is beyond rude and EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE to wait for my ONE bagel to be made and listen to an employee repeatedly complain about having to put together an order that big and repeatedly threaten to walk out.  I also had the pleasure of listening to co workers talk complete disrespect about each other when they were not next to one another. I've always hated trying to find parking at this location,  however,  there is usually an upbeat group of girls working and I have never felt like this. That's why I went there! However,  I will go to a different location all together from now on.  But in all honesty,  I think I'm gonna take a break from Bruegers in general.  
If your job makes you that miserable, please don't go to work and make everyone else's day miserable 😕

The food is good usually and I'm in and out pretty fast. Today I went in and it was just a mess. They didnt even know what was on their new Smokey brisket sandwich. While I was in line for 20 min 6 people behind me had walked out. The cashier was moving really slowly as well.
