The BEST Urgent Care I've ever been to. It's very clean, beautiful inside, the staff is very pleasant, the Doctor is great, and overall an amazing experience. Thank you guys for your wonderful care! I will definitely will come here again if need be.

Really the best doctors , staff and care. They even call me a couple days after a sick visit to see if I'm feeling better.

I was in pain from being rear ended yesterday in a car accident and so I went to this Urgent Care for help. When you walk in they take your insurance card right away and have you fill out a form with your name and some basic information; there is also a box that asks if this visit was due to a car accident, which i marked. One of the girls (there were three of them working the front desk) handed me a more in-depth insurance form and attached my medical insurance card to the top of the clipboard. Again there was a box at the top asking if this was from a car accident, which again I marked. Brought the form up and waited 30+ minutes to be told medical insurance cannot be accepted for car accident injuries and car insurance is not acceptable either I’ll need to pay out of pocket. At this time covering that cost on the spot was not something I could afford to do so I was forced to leave and contact my car insurance company for the next step. Regardless the fact I filled out two forms that were ignored and clearly never looked at is concerning. This is suppose to be a healthcare facility, god forbid that box was marked “latex allergy”, someone marked it, and you guys ignored it. Your insurance policy is annoying but it’s understandable, having to wait 30+ minutes to be told your policy is not understandable.

Convenient location, receptionist very friendly. It was a Sunday so the waiting room was a little crowded but I didn't wait ridiculously long to be seen (I've waited longer in doctors offices with appointments in the past). The entire process was painless. I got diagnosed and got my prescription right there. Quick recovery after that.

This is the best walk-in medical center I've been to. Open 7 days a week, with late hours during the week. Awesome staff...I highly recommend this clinic.
