Tried this ice cream for the first time and it's the real deal.  You can taste the quality and prices are reasonable. Due to covid, the staff was working hard inside and we had to wait a while before we could order but the cashier was cognizant of that and apologized. We brought our little one along and they have a special where they get a free ice cream cone.  Our baby loved it and was getting hyper after eating it. We will definitely be back, not only for the high quality but for the friendly service.

The big difference with Brusters is the ice cream is made fresh.  As a true ice cream  connoisseur, I give the quality and taste high marks and I have tried 14 of their flavors.  They also make shakes and the do offer ice cream pies and I believe cakes for special occasions. The ice cream is a bit pricy but worth it. They also have a frequent visitor coupon that gets you discount fairly quickly. This is a must try and enjoy.

It's the kind of ice cream that one should enjoy any season of the year, well actually I would enjoy this ice cream any time of the day.  It's real ice cream.

A chain ice cream joint. I patronize this location than the Cerritos one because the service is fast and is open for longer hours. Bruster's ice cream have a good selection of flavors and their seasonal ones are good. Our house favorite is the Graham Crackers. I find sometimes the ice cream less churned. In general Bruster's I find lack the natural flavor of a good ice cream but overall a average ice cream joint.

We are at Bruster's in Cypress at 9pm.  Real Ice  cream. The best green tea ice cream! You have to try it. Just walk up and order.  That's my giant 2 scoop in the pic. Enjoy. Honest reviewer.

Went to the Brusters in Cypress at 8:42 pm tonight, Oct 6, 2022. The two girls inside said they were closed. When asked what time they close they said 9. I said but it's 8:42. They said they have to close earlier to close by 9.  Hum? 3 other cars drove up too and questioned why they were not open. We all went to DQ. DQ was open.

Ordered online. Got there and it took 5 min to be acknowledged there were only 2 other people in line. I had to wait because they were unaware of the order I had placed almost 20 min earlier. I ordered 4 large cups. They never mark them and almost always get one wrong so you get to guess which is yours and if they got it right. Loved this place for years and years but do better!

Wow, I don’t know how they stay in business with how slooooooow they are. Ice cream is not bad but I think I aged 10 years waiting in line. And then the server STILL managed to get my order of 3 things wrong.
