Wonderful experience at this Dairy Queen. The customer service was great and my snickers brownie blizzard was well made. Would definitely come again!

I love coming here with my mother. Each year we come to Cypress and stop here to enjoy a treat. The same pleasant lady assist us and the quantity of ice cream and toppings are to standard  no cheating/down sizing here.  Small interior that is comfortable with clean restroom.

Tiny Dairy queen that's still open. It sucks that most have disappeared from orange county. For the younger people who have thus far missed out on the blizzards, get one while they are still here. As of March 2019 the blizzard of the month is the mint Oreo flavor. They are a smaller DQ so they don't have the full hot food menu but they have the full Ice cream menu. They also have Ice cream cakes, Julius, and smoothies.

I love Diary queen but the management and customer service here is absolutely horrible. A older Indian woman who works here is always rude to her customers. I have been in many situations where I have seen her not offering spoons with the blizzards or just making customers feel bad by giving dirty looks. Recently she told me that my Debit card doesn’t work at all, I was embarrassed and contemplating if I should come back.

Customer service here is lousy I waited for about 7 minutes before someone even acknowledged me  . I was standing there waiting to order and no one else was in line... Two employees inside one was making someone's order she was blonde. The older lady  had just  turned around and asked if this was my order I said no then she said to me as she's turning around oh okay it'll be done soon and walked away.... I didn't even order anything yet as I was trying to tell her no and I hadn't she just turned and walked to the back .. When the younger girl the blonde girl got done making her orders she took my order and got me my ice cream all I wanted was a dipped cone....

Vanilla ice cream cone is delicious. Brings back memories of childhood in the very hot San  Fernando Valley. No one ever said no to Dairy Queen!

Wish we had a Dairy Queen in Nowalk, Ca 90650 we need one here. I would buy from them more often if I had one in Norwalk where I live. Please put one in Nowalk

Super fast and very personable crew. The cherry blizzard was perhaps not the best choice.

I like their icecream and the staff were friendly and helpful. Cant ask for me
