I had a great experience with BT Transport Lines. They weren't the cheapest but I just had a feeling they wouldn't tack on additional fees at the end. What made me happy though (and kept me from stressing too much) was the excellent customer service I got from Betty, who helped coordinate my move.

I moved from Washington DC to NYC. On the pick-up day, there were 3 movers and they arrived on time.

What stressed me out was coordinating the move with my building I was moving into. I had to reserve a day, provide proof of insurance from BT Transport Lines, get an accurate estimate of my movers' arrival. Thanks to the awesome customer service I received all requests were handled and they actually moved me to my new building the same day as they picked my items on.

The movers did an amazing job and the whole process was smooth. I will be happy to recommend BT Transport to all my family and friends.

We called BT Transport Lines to get a quote on moving our 3 bedroom apartment from Columbia to Philadelphia and the company offered us the lowest quote around. The pricing details were explained upfront and thoroughly. They charged by the hour - and it was around 75 dollars per hour if we packed ourselves and  cost around 125 an hour if we wanted the movers to pack for us. Since the hourly price for full service packing was lower then what other companies offered without the packing - we took the opportunity.  The movers were polite and quick in packing and moving - and gave us a pleasant feeling while moving. All in all the move went by smoothly and we were happy with the company and their service.

This is not the first nor the last time I have moved with a moving company being a military wife we move very often. I moved from Olney, MD to Arlington, VA. Although the move cost a bit more than I expected, the move went very smooth. The sales reps did tell me in advanced about the additional cost for the materials, I was just naive with all of the miscellaneous items around my house (so, I blame myself for that!) They were so understanding with that, they offered me a full packing service in which the movers did everything for me. Anyway, the movers were great. The movers told me everything upfront and were very honest about how long it would take since I had such a big home (took 2 hours less than they estimated, that was awesome!). Overall, I give this company an A+ and will definitely be using them for our next move. Thanks to their office staff for answering all of my questions and to their movers for their assistance!

This is my third time using this company in the last two years, they are experienced and professional people that really know the moving business,  I will definitely use them again, extremely efficient and effective.
Well done BT Transport! The move was accomplished on time, even less than estimated and I was surprised.  Great team and office staff.

Good experience. I have some heavy and bulky furniture, which was handled without damage. Can't say the same for prior moving companies.

Crew was focused on task throughout the move, productive, and knowledgeable.

Will use again if needed and refer others.
