I was able to make a same day appointment for my little dog Tina. I was very happy to hear that they could get her in within a few hours on a Saturday. Petco needs like a week in advance and I just don't have the flexibility for that. So when this place was able to get us in ASAP for Tina's spring/summer cut I was so happy. When I got Tina back, she looked adorable! I couldn't describe to the groomer what kind of cut I wanted, but they still ended up doing a fantastic job with little to no direction from me. They even gave her a little scarf and bows by her ears. I was smiling ear to ear when I picked her up! Everything is symmetrical and she smells good. She had been long due for a cut and I was absolutely not disappointed with my experience here. Will recommend to anyone that believes that good service and good results matters more than possibly higher than average prices at places you need to schedule 2 weeks in advance. I know a lot of dog owners leave crazy reviews at the small shops about prices being too high, but if you truly cared about your dogs you wouldn't be so scrupulous about prices. My Tina is worth every penny as long as she gets cared for, which I can gladly say she did! Will come back for sure!

I wonder if there has been a change in owners. The two grooming were not Frank and Gladys. Not a happy situation for myself or my dogs. I was charged close to $200 for two dogs, and they couldn't tell me what they had done. But it was not herbal. They smelled just the same as they did when I picked them up from other, non-herbal, groomers. I told the gentleman who checked them in that the one had skin irritations so I was glad they used all natural preparations, and his response was, "oh, yes, we will use oatmeal shampoo." Which is what I can get at any groomer. My one dog only has three legs. He pulled her by her leash when she didn't move fast enough for him (she needs extra time on smooth wood floors, which I told him), and when I picked them up, he said they couldn't get her to stand, so they did the best they could with her cut. Of course they couldn't get her to stand, she only has three legs and is a senior dog. Don't they have props for the dogs to kind of lay on in this situation? I don't know what they did, but she wouldn't use her leg for the rest of the day. On both the dogs, the cuts were choppy and uneven. I didn't know there was a lousy haircut for a dog, but I was proven wrong. I am most unhappy, and will take my dogs back to their regular groomer, who knows how to cut both of them properly and has never charged me more than $120 for THREE dogs.

They took my two dogs on very short notice. Nice people, dogs looked great.

The Owners are awesome. They are very friendly and do a very precise job taking care of your pets needs as requested. Always done on time and the doggies don't seem traumatized. Jk Their happy and looking beautiful. They smell good too. Nails trimmed and ears cleaned too.

My experience was great at bubbles & ecouture. My dog had a wonderful time. Frank & Gladys have a wonderful shop well stocked with all the goodies that your pet would need. Moreover, they also have an excellent grooming service. They have a large play area where pets can just hang out while waiting to be groomed. The decor is great and guaranteed to make any pet feel welcomed. I am definitely planning future visits.
