The staff here has always been compassionate, professional, and the facilities are clean and convenient.  They have been able to see me on extremely short notice those times my pets needed urgent care, and you can tell they are well organized, efficient and very knowledgeable.  The downside is that all this comes at a cost and I find their fees to be considerably higher than other local vets.  I wish I could always afford to bring my pets here, but for routine things, such as rabies vaccinations, I usually have to choose those vets who charge less.  When it comes to more important issues however, such as illness or surgeries, I will pay the higher fees... because I'm also buying peace of mind that my pets are getting the best possible care.

The staff here is truly a cut above the rest. I've never been treated with so much respect and kindness before I arrived here. I will never, ever take my pets anywhere else. They are great at explaining exactly what they'd like to do for treatments; they leave time for questions and don't make you feel rushed; and they outline different price points and options for their clients. 10 stars.

Nice vet, high tech equipment, late hours, and reasonably priced.  They saved our cat's life!  Very happy!  :-)

I recently lost my dog Axel, the staff was so kind and caring they went way out  of there way they truly care and love the animal's they treat. I'll never replace Axel but if I get another dog they will meet him.   Thank you everyone your the best.

They have big hearts and want to make the best of this world for your pets. Dr Masselink and Dr  LaMotte are my favorites.
