Terrible experience. I not only had to spend over 4 hours to have my hair color fixed due to stains left my an inexperienced hairstylist, but also WAS BURNED and TALKED BACK RUDELY by another hairstylist (Elizabeth) who was supposed to be helping and washing my hair so that another client could be attended to. Elizabeth turned on the water to wash my hair when I saw a bunch of fog coming out on my left side (my head was placed on the level of the sink for washing). She moved while testing the water and a splash of really hot water went straight to my neck. I startled as it was very hot! Instead of apologizing, she was extremely rude and said she had not even touched me. She denied having burned my skin and was so rude to me! I am going to talk to her manager who was not there at the time in addition to taking this to corporate!

Eric is the best! I drive 45 minutes just to get my hair cut by him and i always get a perfect cut.

If I could give no stars I would. I came to this salon and I specifically asked the front desk girl to schedule me with her most experienced hair dresser, I recently moved to Virginia from Florida and been looking for a hair dresser it's been hard and with this experience even worst.  The receptionist scheduled me with a nice hair dresser but she did NOT have experience At ALL.. it was a nightmare I asked for a hair cut with blow dry and she was not able to do it well, her manager had to come to help her. I was pretty disappointed. Was waste of my money for sure..

My mom went here before Christmas to get her hair done. She scheduled with Phoebe. It was the first time my mom had gotten her hair done professionally in years, and she was hesitant to do it as she did not want to ruin her hair. She let phoebe cut her hair the way she thought would look nice, my mom did not mind as long as it was shoulder length. She also wanted her hair colored, and Phoebe showed her the colors she thought would like nice, and my mom agreed. When it was finished, my mom's hair looked absolutely beautiful. It was so shiny, the color matched her skin tone perfectly and made her look so young, and the cut was the perfect length with layers that made her hair look so pretty. We knew then that we could trust Phoebe with our hair. So today, I took my sister there, after someone did her hair horribly. She wanted a purple balayage, and the woman who did her hair made it look like she had tiger stripes throughout her hair. The color was patchy and uneven, and the violet didn't even show up because the woman did a horrible job bleaching it. I called Phoebe to see if she could fix it. When I showed her the picture of what my sister wanted, she said yes it's beautiful and took my sister back (who had no idea I was doing this by the way, Bubbles helped me surprise her) and performed her magic. My sister left with a huge smile and was absolutely in love with her hair. It felt so good to see her confident and happy with her hair, especially since yesterday she was so upset from the woman who did so bad. Thank you, Phoebe and Bubbles. If you want someone you can trust to do a good job, go see Phoebe. She is beyond talented, and honestly so fun to be around. She is so sweet, and she makes the whole experience of getting your hair done perfect.

Terrible experience! Made an appointment, arrived early for my appointment, waited 30 minutes, to be told the person I was scheduled with was running two hours behind and no one else could help me tonight. However this ended up being a blessing in disguise as I stumbled into the salon just upstairs from bubbles, Oasis aveda salon, and had a wonderful experience. My hair looked amazing. Don't waste your time at bubbles, go to oasis!
