I just got my hair cut and styled by Jessica. I had a great experience. Even though she is a new stylist (i got $10 off! and a discount for it being my first visit) she was very confident. I will be going back for color :-)

The hairdressers here are great, they do a great job, offer good opinions and aren't pushy about selling the products or trying to get you back every month. The price was completely reasonable for a shampoo/cut/blow-dry and style and they were upfront about it (no surprise $80 haircut here). Definitely very accommodating for your needs in the sense that they won't give an overly-involved style if you say you don't spend much time on your hair.

What can I say, my experience was wonderful at PR at Partners in Ashburn. My fiancé goes to Michelle Meunier, one of PR's amazing stylists, who recently referred me to Dave Akers- the owner. Having struggled with getting the right style for my short hair I often have a hard time verbalizing and explaining exactly what it is I want and I tend to leave a salon or barber disappointed; I went to Dave yesterday for the first time as I heard he was one of the best in town...and damn was Michelle right. I absolutely love my hair; Dave is incredibly knowledgeable, super skilled and fun to watch with the shears, and one can tell he loves what he does which is just as important as being good at what you do. 

All of the stylists at PR are current with the ever-changing trends, they keep up on education, and are always evolving and learning in order to meet clientele expectations. Dave was just absolutely wonderful. His mood, good vibes, and energy were the exact match to what I needed after a long day of work and a frustrating metro commute home. I already booked my next appointment with him 3 weeks out! I will acknowledge that they can seem a bit pricey however you get what you pay for. The experience was truly wonderful, I was told to "relax and enjoy" the head massage and shampoo before my haircut (I also asked for one after because I was going out to dinner), great conversation, they style your hair and will show you how to do it if you're one of those people that can never get it to look the way it did when you walked out of the salon, stylists give you feedback and answer any questions you might have. ...just weigh the pros and cons, because this is the best haircut I've ever gotten since I moved from California 3 years ago. I look forward to coming back, shout out to Michelle - thank you for your referral. My fiancé's hair is always stunning :)

Just wasted 1 hr on my day off :-( when I came in, the front desk person signed me in and offered to have a seat. 25-28 min later and multiple people passing by, I was still sitting and waiting ... On my "Excuse me, I've been waiting for over 20 min", I got a reply "Got it!!!" Got what exactly??? a couple minutes later and after my second "Excuse me!" finally my excessive waiting time was addressed but  unfortunately my experience was ruined completely by that time. I received apologies, but my mood was ruined, plus I still would've had to wait for my hair stylist. Don't think I'll be going there again ...
