Radiance Salon & Medi-Spa was established by Dr. Phillip Chang, a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who also owns and directs Aesthetica Cosmetic Surgery & Laser Center.
We have brought together highly trained Hair Stylists, Master Estheticians, and Medical Professionals so that our highly discerning clients can receive a complete beauty package and leave feeling revitalized and beautiful.

When I left this salon I was so upset I cried! I asked for highlights and lowlights. The person that did my hair clearly had no hair coloring experience. I told her I wanted the lowlights to be the color of my base color and the highlights to be platinum blonde to break up the yellow my hair had become and to bring my base back to normal. She had no clue how to do this! When she was done my hair had no highlights, no lowlights, and was still yellow. It's looked exactly the same as when I came in. I asked her flat out, where are the lowlights and highlights? This is not what I wanted. She said look this strand is highlighted and this one is darker. Not only that but she did not know how to blow out my hair. It was frizzy and not styled the way I had asked for. At this point I was on the verge of tears so I just paid and left. I didn't know what else to do. Today I went to a new salon that was amazing! The stylist there confirmed that there is no way the person from this salon did any lowlights and most likely no highlights since there were none anywhere near my roots. I am not rich and do not have the means to pay to have my hair done and then have to pay again because the person did not do what I specifically asked. This girl was new to this salon, but I would hope they would screen their new hires better! I must say the receptionist was really nice though. That was the only positive.

Relaxing spa salon experience in your own backyard! One starts off relaxing in a cool, dark waiting room. My recommendation to them would be to offer drinks and some reading material while you wait. However once I was taken in for my appointment, I could not ask for better service. I had a facial with Mindy and she was lovely! This is a great place if you want a great value for your spa dollar.

Very posh salon and nice staff. I like the shopping options, the nail salon and the great stylists that get extensive training.

Michelle is the best for hair cut, color- anything to do with hair.
