Bottom line: Ask for Nelly or Michelle. I have used (worked with) Nelly twice and both times had good results.  Heard a lot of good things about Michelle but don't know her.  Paid about $25 after tip. I have never had to wait. When you go in, there is a touchpad where you enter your name in the queue, specify any preference for stylist, and specify what service you want. I didn't mind entering my phone and email but some people might take issue to that. If want to be anonymous, better to go to some old fashioned barbershop. Regular barbershop might save you $5-$7.  Like any hair salon or barbershop, there are good barbers and not so good barbers. Or, maybe I should say there are good listeners and not good listeners. On the other hand, there are good customers and bad customers. I did witness some kind of misunderstanding between a customer and her stylist and she ended up walking out. But, I think that was more of a miscommunication issue than anything else.

Please do not go here! Worst customer service ever. We went there to get a hair cut done for our toddler daughter. Hair cuttery always promotes that Walk ins are welcome.We walked in. The hair dresser who saw us come in was extremely rude and asked us to sign in. We did that and were just waiting and waiting. Another hair dresser was done with her cut and then started cleaning the store but did not even bother to check with us. Then the woman who greeted us came and asked us very rudely which one of our kids needed a cut. Bottom line we had a very bad experience. We walked off !!!

Haven't had time recently to get my hair cut but I was lucky enough to get Michelle again. She's absolutely amazing & so sweet!!! I'm 45 but she made me look & feel 35!!! Thanks Michelle!!! I'll definitely see her again

Nelly is my go-to for hair. She has cut, colored and styled my hair at least 3 times in the past 2 years. She fixed a botched ombre job from another salon and made it enviable. She has also given me good recommendations for hair finishing products which have done wonders to tame my frizz. I've recommended several people to her and they have come back thanking me as she really takes the time to understand what you want and makes sure you are happy walking out.

THE SLOPPIEST COLOR IN MY LIFE. Done my color there before, and having done just OK job, Quyen (pron."queen") ruined my sweater. Still charged full price, and I decided to give the benefit of the doubt. Needed color again, and went yesterday, wearing old clothes. This time, the color she did was not ANYTHING like the picture I brought for color reference. Quynn did my hair again, but this time, $145 later, the color was not what i want, yet smudged all over my forehead, temples, and everywhere on my neck, cheeks and jaw line! HOW?! She was rubbing off the color so hard, that I have red blotches on my skin, and very inflamed/ irritated. The worst color job Ive ever had. They closing the location, and she is moving to HC in Leesburg, but NO WAY I'm going to her again. Not worth the money.
