I don't usually post review but I want the management to know how helpful their employees are (bein sarcastic). Since I just moved here from a different state I ask progressive insurance for a good insurance agent and they referred Bubrig. So I called them last week asking for a quote for rental insurance and the lady who assist me put me on hold few times and there's one time that I over heard her from the phone that she's talking to her other co-worker, I don't really care if you put me on hold as long as you do your job. She ask all the information that she need from me, then she said she'll call me back after she get the quote and I was like "okay maybe she's busy" . When I called progressive to get a quote for my car it only took few minutes and they didn't hang up the phone on me. It's already been almost a week, I wonder how long it's gonna take? . First, moving from different state to another is not easy..there's a lot of things you need to do. Second, I'm definitely not a prank caller for you to treat  me like that!
