In this tough insurance market, you want an agent who can take care of your needs.  Al Pappalardo, Jr., my agent and Jessica Gary, my service representative made sure that my homeowners coverage was the best it could be.  Even though it costs more today, it is the solid necessary coverage.  That higher premium is the insurance company's decision not the agent's, as the company faces hurricane-prone Louisiana.   While it can be tough to afford the higher premium, I am pleased to know that I had a skillful agency protecting my interest.
