Dan Burghardt Agency is always making sure I get the best service for my money.

I called one location to get a quote on liability insurance for a car and was given a fairly descent price. However, within an hour, I went to another location that was closer to my vicinity and the rep quoted me a much higher amount for the same car. I was already in the system, nothing had changed. There were no flags, tickets, etc. The price jumped extremely high. It didn't matter that I gave a name of whom I spoke with at the original location. I was told, the 1st rep did not go into the actual system to verify the amount she quoted me. What? They all have the same system, should be thoroughly trained, and professional. This is and was totally unacceptable.
