I placed an order for pickup at 6:15pm. I did not get my order until after 7:15pm, I was stood waiting at the restaurant for over an hour. To make matters worse, I get home to find that only 2 items out of 7 were correct. Nothing on my order was what I ordered except for 1 x side of green beans and the garlic bread. I was given a Lasagna instead of a Chicken Rigatoni, mixed salad instead of Caesar. Everything else on my order was not even present. No meatball, no Cannoli and no Fettuccine Alfredo. I paid over $70 for only $15 worth of items that I actually ordered. This is disgusting and robbery!

Great service. These servers are well trained. I got a free baked ziti on my birthday! sold wine list. And I don't know anything about wine so they had to educate me.

One of our favorite places to go for Italian, they always knock it out of the park. Service is top notch, and the food is excellent. Of note that it's served family style, so come with a bunch of folks.

First time here highly recommended. Ordered to go chicken parm.w/garlic potatoes it was terrible. The potatoes were burnt and the chicken was freezer burnt with a mushy crust. When I went to pick it up the ladies were very nice and even showed me the table in the kitchen...I really wanted to like it but I will not be going back.

Terrible service. They charge for everything! First time we've ate at a Italian restaurant and got charged for bread. Had to ask for our overpriced salad 3 times. Had to ask for plates and silverware for my wife's birthday cake. Want to eat at a great Italian restaurant go too Vitos, always great service and they never charge for bread. Daughters plate came out cold, they fixed it but there is no excuse for what they charge for food that it should be cold.
