Ordered a to go order for a few staff at my company nearby. All of the orders included chips and a pickle. Only 2 orders actually received them when I brought the food back to the office. Even checked the receipt to make sure I didn’t make a mistake, and there it was, should have gotten chips with all orders. The staff didn’t even review my order with me before I walked out, so I figured they were pretty confident in the accuracy of the order. I’ll be ordering lunch elsewhere next time.

Pretty good food. Large selection of soups, salads and sandwiches. I like that they have healthy options. Nothing special with the service just like ordering at a fast food place only difference is that they bring the food to your table.

Big, clean, yummy Jason's location. Great sale bar and variety of class and make your own sandwiches with plenty of fresh choices. Lots of soup choices too. Their chili is a fave of mine. Catering socialists.

Jason's Deli in Frisco off of 121 is amazing. I had someone come to me to order lunch for about 30 people -- LESS THAN ONE HOUR -- before the meeting was to begin. I placed my order online and called the store just to say I know it is incredibly last minute but any help in getting me my large order ASAP would be greatly appreciated. They got to my location in under an hour, and the gentleman delivering was so nice and assured me if I ever was in a bind in the future, they will be happy to assist. I got to taste the food and it was really fresh and delicious. I am so grateful for the quick turnaround!!

I really enjoy lunch here but the last couple times I have been, the place is dirty. Tables are dirty with old plates when I walk in, and still dirty when I leave. I never come here during the rush! And there are always more than enough employees around, so not sure what the issue is. I order catering from here once a month for my employees and no issues with the catering side.
