Sometimes it's a little slow for service but the service is always pretty good. The last couple of times we've chosen to order online and pickup or do curbside and its been phenomenal! Never anything missing or messed up; everything is always in our order!

My wife and I ordered two buffalo salads to go and the staff forgot the dressings and toppings on each salad. I called up and talked to the manager Jeff and he was kind and considerate (apologetic) for the mistake. He was to leave us a $15 gift card at that to go counter for any trouble that we might have experienced. Very professional, kind and empathetic. On our next visit, (within 7 days), I went in and paid for our food and requested to pick up our gift card or coupons that were promised. The manager on duty was Mike. He informed me that what I was requesting was not there policy and doubted my story. Be grudgingly, he walked away to further investigate our story. I was shocked that a manager would daddy customer to degree he did. As a business owner myself, I was shocked ! We paid for our food and left without the gift card or coupons because $15 is not worth being questioned over. It will be a while before I will visit a Chili's again.

We order from this location almost every Sunday. Food is always good and hot. We haven't had any major problems with the service. We've dined in as well and haven't had any problems and the food was still good. There's something for everyone here. We always come here when we want comfort food.

Good food and good service. A little too loud for me. Otherwise it is a good place to eat.

We ordered two different style of ribs however neither box was marked and honestly they tasted the same.
