Jason's team greatly improved my comfort level with Olympic style lifting, challenged me to set and improve personal goals with diet, exercise, water intake, and sleep, and kept me primed for my work as a part-time tennis instructor.  The trainers are amazing, individual attention I received was great, programming is convenient, varied, yet super challenging, your workout results are tracked, equipment is complete and up-to-date.  It has been a privilege to train alongside people who have showed me how to push myself to be better and yet stay to cheer me on to finish workouts (as I did, last, quite frequently).  I look over some recent workouts and just looking at the WOD can say, "I remember that one, what a hoot. It kicked my butt, yet I felt so good about finishing!"

Great gym in a fantastic atmosphere! When traveling, I love to hit them up! The gym and equipment are top notch and the community is amazing!

A great Crossfit gym to drop in.  The coaches were friendly and welcoming.  This is my usual drop in place whenever I visit Ohio.
