Warm, welcoming environment for everyone! I am overweight and struggle with some of the exercises. They always show modifications throughout every class I've ever taken here and always feel comfortable. Very kind, loving people dedicated to helping everyone meet their fitness goals and you can feel it the moment you walk in the door. I love this place!!

SO MUCH FUN!
I recently joined and was immediately made to feel at home and part of the family like atmosphere!  Everyone on the staff is full of energy and encouragement invested in your success!
 There are a variety of workout options available; kick boxing, spinning, free weights,  dance fitness, and more!!
  The dance fitness classes are learnable but will still give you the workout you need, the instructors a are motivating and want you to shine! 
Even when I'm tired from work, once I get in class and hear the music, I'm always glad I came and never regret that workout!

Absolutely love Columbus Fitlife. The instructors are wonderful. They are encouraging and motivating. It's a fun place to work out with a variety of classes offered.

I have enjoyed every class that I have tried here!  I always leave sweaty and with a smile on my face.  Great instructors and a friendly atmosphere!

I love this place! Great classes and awesome instructors.  They offer a wide variety of classes and also do personal training!  Very fun!!! : )
