Man, I've never felt more offended than I did today when I went in to cancel my membership. Travis did a total 180 from how he acted towards me while I was a member there for almost 5 years. After completing the cancellation, I literally reached out to shake his hand to thank him for providing my wife and I a gym for the past several years and he just blew me off and walked away. I've never had that happen to me as an adult. I never had anything bad to say about Cardinal while I was there, but the way he made me feel when I ended my membership completely changed my opinion on the place. It wasn't anything personal, my family just went through some changes, and our needs changed from what we needed out of a workout facility. Don't join unless you are willing to make it a Lifetime membership.

This is my favorite gym in town! The atmosphere is great; the staff and patrons are all very nice and knowledgeable. The selection of equipment is perfect! They have TWO SQUAT RACKS, which a lot of places do not have. That alone is huge. They also have plenty of bench presses and a smith machine. They have 2 sets of dumbbells for each weight, which even includes 12.5 lb dumbbells! Love it! Kettle Bells, Battle Ropes, TRX bands..they have it! They have just the right amount of machines, cable resistance equipment, and cardio equipment, too! The place is never too crowded, and the hours are very good. The price is reasonable and you can even go month to month. The gym is always very clean and well-kept.

If you are looking for a gym, this is a great place. Why would this be the perfect gym for you? #1 Affordability! #2 Good range of equipment from free weights to machines and cardio #3 CLEANLINESS, not just around the gym and equipment, but in showers and restrooms, probably cleaner than your own home (in the past I would hardly ever shower at gyms, this is the exception) #4 equipment maintenance (when I belonged to a big box gym, sometimes 3 weeks or even 6 weeks would go by before equipment got fixed!) #5 good hours of operation #6 Personal Training by QUALIFIED trainers that know how to write up solid training and meal plans to get you to YOUR goals! Regardless of what your goals are if you just want to stay fit, get trim or muscle up on your own or with a trainer talk to Travis first and he will get you going the right way. I started working out with Travis 6 years ago, I followed him when he opened his own gym; he has been my personal trainer throughout these years and he knows his stuff!

Not a good gym if you're the casual gym-goer looking to shed some weight. It's more for the bodybuilders and serious lifters. I went a few months ago, and I wasn't impressed with the customer service.

Equipment is all state of the art. Everything is kept super clean and organized. Great gym! I highly recommend it!
