Every time I come in the store I am greeted with a smile, expertise and will to assist me in what I need. Devon was my assistant today he was fantastic as are all of the staff. They take the time to show you different solutions, fashions etc and I got the pair of pants I needed and I will always recommend this place to my friends. Good job Buckle, it shows you have a great training program in place. Keep it up.

I'm not one to take the time to wright a review but enough is enough!! If I could give this store no stars I would. I've worked in retail and I know costumer service, apparently this isnt something they teach their associates at this store. Honestly I'll never step foot in a buckle store again. I have a bad taste in my mouth just by walking by the store when I am at the mall, I went in this store for the last time last on Wednesday. As soon as I walked in this store a sales associate was just standing there, looked up at me and rolled her eyes. I asked if they had a specific perfume. She paused and just said she'd never heard of it before and so she yelled at a second associate if they had that perfume and when she came over and was INCREDIBLY RUDE! Im not going to go in to a ton of detail BUT there was absolutely no reason on this earth why they treated me the way they did. This is not the only horrible experience I've had at this store. I could go on and on about how many times I've tried to shop in this store and have been treated awful but I don't want to waist my time. A bunch of snooty, unkind, pushy sales associates that treat people HORRIBLE!! Don't waist your time here, other company's deserve your business.

I had a fabulous experience yesterday with Alexia and Erin. I went in to find a better fitting pair of jeans. She quickly realized that I'm wearing the wrong size, I was wearing jeans that were too big. I tried on a lot of jeans, she was very honest with me as to which style, cut, etc. looked best (along with Erin). Over all, I had a wonderful experience and walked out with a couple pairs that fit and compliment my body type. Alexia is a true gem!

This was a fabulous shopping experience and Alexia really gave me great customer service. She knew my name, jean size, and style preference in the first few minutes and kept bringing jeans to my fitting room for me to try until I found the perfect ones. She saved me so much time and effort. Thank you Alexia. In addition my new BKE jeans fit and feel great. Well worth the $79 I spent on them. The Buckle has the coolest stuff from jeans and tops to shoes and accessories for both genders. I highly recommend this store. I know I will be going back.

They are so nice to me in here. They think my toddler is cute despite being a crazy toddler who wants to knock everything over and play with all the jewelry. I've had several issues with the hemming, the zipper on one, and they always work hard to fix it. Sometimes I suck at dressing myself. The team can be helpful with that problem for sure. I go back whenever I can.
